THE WINE CELLAR

Our vines are all located around the wine cellar, place where the magical transformation of the grapes into wine takes place. . A special wine because it is fruit of efforts and sacrifices.
All work is hand-made, with a scrupolous choice of the best bunches of grapes . We basically use covering products and the sulphur never exceeds 70 grams per litre.
Thanks to the position of the cellar, right at the centre of the vineyard, the grapes are worked few minutes after the harvest allowing them to preserve their integrity.
